# The Magistrates' Courts Committees (West Midlands) Amalgamation Order 1998, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order provides for the replacement of the magistrates' courts committees for Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Sandwell, Solihull, Walsall and Wolverhampton by a single committee to be known as the West Midlands magistrates' courts committee.
