# The Magistrates' Courts (Extradition) (Amendment) Rules 2000, Article 1


These Rules may be cited as the Magistrates' Courts (Extradition) (Amendment) Rules 2000 and shall come into force on the day on which section 78 of the Access to Justice Act 1999 comes into force.
