  "text": "MAGISTRATES' COURTS\nMade 18th March 1992\nComing into force 1st April 1992\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament for forty days and, that period having expired, neither House has resolved that the Order be not made:\nNow, therefore, in exercise of the power conferred upon me by section 137(4) of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980, I hereby make the following Order:",
