  "long_title": "This Order makes new provision for certain court fees relating to civil business in magistrates' courts. It introduces the fees payable in respect of proceedings relating to Council Tax and under the Child Support Act 1991. It clarifies the fees payable in respect of warrants of entry and in other circumstances. It makes clear that no fee is payable in relation to any stage of binding over proceedings. The previous composite fee for “Other civil proceedings” is broken down. The level of fees charged in most circumstances remains the same. The Magistrates' Courts Fees (Amendment) Order 1992 is revoked.",
