  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Magistrates’ Courts Fees Order 2005 (S.I. 2005/3444). Certain fees are increased. Fee 6.1 has been recast and fee 6.1(c) (additional copy of documents) removed. There is a new fee for certain appeals under Schedule 5 to the Licensing Act 2003 (fee 18.5). Some minor changes have been made to the wording of some fees for the purposes of clarification. Schedule 2 is inserted and sets out when a party is entitled to a remission or part remission of a fee.
