This Order may be cited as the Magistrates’ Courts Fees (Amendment) Order 2009.

Except as provided in paragraph (3), this Order comes into force on 13th July 2009.

Fee 8.1(b) of Schedule 1 set out in the Schedule to this Order comes into force on 1st September 2009.
