# The Magistrates' Courts Fees Order 2005, Article 6: Consequential amendment


In regulation 7(1)(b) of the Register of Fines Regulations 2003 for “Part 1 of Schedule 6 to the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980” substitute “an Order made under section 92 of the Courts Act 2003 (fees)”.
