Article 12 Amendment of Magistrates’ Courts (Forms) Rules 1981

in the heading after the number “97” there shall be inserted “97A” and the number “134” shall be omitted; and

for the words “on the hearing” there shall be substituted “[at the hearing of] [for the purposes of committal proceedings in respect of]”.
