  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThese Rules prescribe a new Form 27A, for use in cases where statements are served under the procedure in section 12 of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980, as amended by the Magistrates' Courts (Procedure) Act 1998, and a new Form 28A, for a defendant to record his intended plea and statement of mitigation.",
