# The Magistrates’ Courts (Licensing) (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2021, Rule 1: Citation and Commencement


These Rules may be cited as the Magistrates’ Courts (Licensing) (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2021 and shall come into operation on 4th January 2022.
