# The Magistrates' Courts (Maintenance Orders Act 1950) (Amendment) Rules 1980, Article 1


These rules may be cited as the Magistrates' Courts (Maintenance Orders Act 1950) (Amendment) Rules 1980 and shall come into operation on 1st January 1981.
