# The Magistrates' Courts (Maintenance Orders Act 1958) (Amendment) Rules 1977, Article 1


These Rules may be cited as the Magistrates' Courts (Maintenance Orders Act 1958) (Amendment) Rules 1977 and shall come into operation on 1st January 1978.
