Laid before Parliament 12th December 1994
Coming into force 3rd February 1995
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the power conferred upon him by section 144 of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980, after consultation with the Rule Committee appointed under the said section 144, hereby makes the following Rules:
