  "text": "(1) The Magistrates' Courts (Children and Young Persons) Rules 1992 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In rule 4(2), after sub-paragraph (c), there shall be inserted the following words:\n“, or\n(d) Schedule 5 to the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (enforcement etc. of reparation and action plan order).”.",
