Article 14 Amendments to the Magistrates' Courts Rules 1981
In rule 11A(1)—
(a)
in sub-paragraph (g) for “legal aid order” substitute “representation order”;
(b)
omit sub-paragraph (h);
(c)
in sub-paragraph (i) for “legal aid application” substitute “application for a representation order”; and
(d)
omit sub-paragraph (j).
