(a)

in sub-paragraph (c) “legal aid order” substitute “representation order”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (d) “legal aid application” substitute “application for a representation order”; and

(c)

omit sub-paragraphs (e) and (ee).

In rule 25(2)—

(a)

omit sub-paragraph (a);

(b)

in sub-paragraph (c) for “legal aid order” substitute “representation order”;

(c)

in sub-paragraph (d) for “legal aid application” substitute “application for a representation order”; and

(d)

omit sub-paragraphs (e) and (ee).
