# The Magistrates' Courts (Miscellaneous Amendments) Rules 2003, Article 39: Amendments to the Magistrates' Courts Rules 1981


(1) In rules 93B(3) and (7)(a) omit “in the prescribed form”.
(2) In rule 93B(7)(b) omit “and shall be in the prescribed form”.
