In Schedule 2—

(a)

in the Table of Contents omit all entries except those relating to forms 1, 13, 14, 25, 29, 30, 77, 84, 92I, 98, 104, 107, 111, 121, 155, 156, 160 and 161; and

(b)

omit all forms except forms 1, 13, 14, 25, 29, 30, 77, 84, 92I, 98, 104, 107, 111, 121, 155, 156, 160 and 161.
