Article 55 Amendments to the Magistrates' Courts (Attendance Centre) Rules 1992
In rule 1(2) for “section 17 of the Criminal Justice Act 1982” substitute “section 60 of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000f1”.
