# The Magistrates' Courts (Miscellaneous Amendments) Rules 2003, Article 61: Amendments to the Magistrates' Courts (Notice of Transfer) (Children’s Evidence) Rules 1992


In rule 6—
(a) in paragraph (d) for “legal aid order” substitute “representation order”;
(b) omit paragraph (e);
(c) in paragraph (f) for “legal aid application” substitute “application for a representation order”; and
(d) omit paragraph (g).
