# The Magistrates' Courts (Miscellaneous Amendments) Rules 2003, Article 65: Amendments to the Magistrates' Courts (Children and Young Persons) Rules 1992


In rule 2(1)—
(a) after the definition of “the Act of 1989” insert—
““the Act of 2000” means the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000;”; and
(b) after the definition of “court” insert—
““court computer system” means a computer or computer system which is used to assist to discharge and record the business of the court.”.
