In rule 4(1)—

(a)

omit “, as soon as practicable after the drawing up of Form TAM 1,”; and

(b)

for “that form” substitute “it”.

In rule 4(2), (3) and (4) for “Form TAM 1” wherever it appears substitute “the certification”.
