# The Magistrates' Courts (Miscellaneous Amendments) Rules 2003, Article 76: Amendments to the Magistrates' Courts (Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996) (Tainted Acquittals) Rules 1997


In rule 6(1)—
(a) omit “a form recording”; and
(b) omit “(being a copy of Form TAM 1 where the certification has been made by a magistrates' court),”.
