# The Magistrates' Courts (Miscellaneous Amendments) Rules 2003, Article 80: Amendments to the Magistrates' Courts (Detention and Forfeiture of Terrorist Cash) (No.2) Rules 2001


(1) In rule 4(1) for “shall” substitute “may”.
(2) Omit rule 4(5).
(3) In rule 4(6) omit “in Form C”.
