# The Magistrates' Courts (Miscellaneous Amendments) Rules 2003, Article 89: Amendments to the Magistrates' Courts (Anti-Social Behaviour Orders) Rules 2002


(1) In rules 4(1) and 4(5) for “shall” substitute “may”.
(2) Omit rules 4(2), 4(3), 4(4) and rule 4(6).
