# The Magistrates' Courts (Miscellaneous Amendments) Rules 2003, Article 95: Amendments to the Magistrates' Courts (Detention and Forfeiture of Cash) Rules 2002


(1) In rule 7(1) for “shall” substitute “may”.
(2) In rule 7(7) omit “shall be in form H”.
