Article 1 Citation and commencement

These Rules may be cited as the Magistrates' Courts (Miscellaneous Amendments) Rules 2005.

Paragraphs 33 to 47, 49, 50(a), (d), (e) and (f) and 51 of Schedule 1 to these Rules shall come into force on 30th December 2005 and the remainder of these Rules shall come into force on 5th December 2005.
