  "text": "The following Rules are amended in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to these Rules—\n(a) the Maintenance Orders Act 1950 (Summary Jurisdiction) Rules 1950;\n(b) the Magistrates' Courts (Guardianship of Minors) Rules 1974;\n(c) the Magistrates' Courts Rules 1981;\n(d) the Family Proceedings Courts (Matrimonial Proceedings etc) Rules 1991; and\n(e) the Family Proceedings Courts (Children Act 1989) Rules 1991.",
