# The Magistrates' Courts (Miscellaneous Amendments) Rules 2005, Article 2: Amendments to Rules


The following Rules are amended in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to these Rules—
(a) the Maintenance Orders Act 1950 (Summary Jurisdiction) Rules 1950;
(b) the Magistrates' Courts (Guardianship of Minors) Rules 1974;
(c) the Magistrates' Courts Rules 1981;
(d) the Family Proceedings Courts (Matrimonial Proceedings etc) Rules 1991; and
(e) the Family Proceedings Courts (Children Act 1989) Rules 1991.
