MAGISTRATES' COURTS, ENGLAND AND WALES
FAMILY PROCEEDINGS, ENGLAND AND WALES
Made 18th October 2005
Laid before Parliament 25th October 2005
Coming into force in accordance with rule 1(2)
The Lord Chancellor makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 144 and 145 of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980.
In accordance with section 144 of that Act he has consulted the Rule Committee appointed under section 144.
