Paragraph 15 Family Proceedings Courts (Matrimonial Proceedings etc) Rules 1991

In rule 17—

(a)

for the heading substitute “Orders made under section 6 of the Act or Part 2 of Schedule 6 to the Act of 2004 in the absence of the respondent”; and

(b)

after “the Act” insert “or sub-paragraph (a), (b) or (c) of paragraph 11(2) of Schedule 6 to the Act of 2004”.
