# The Magistrates' Courts (Miscellaneous Amendments) Rules 2005, Paragraph 29: Family Proceedings Courts (Matrimonial Proceedings etc) Rules 1991


In Form FL402, in note 4—
(a) after “marriage” insert “or civil partnership”;
(b) after “divorce proceedings etc)” insert—
“or
under Part 2 of Schedule 5 to the Civil Partnership Act 2004 (property adjustment on or after dissolution, nullity or separation)”; and
(c) after “husband and wife” insert “or civil partners”.
