# The Magistrates' Courts (Miscellaneous Amendments) Rules 2005, Paragraph 34: Family Proceedings Courts (Children Act 1989) Rules 1991


In rule 1(2), after the definition of “section 8 order” insert—
““special guardianship order” has the meaning assigned to it by section 14A,”.
