# The Magistrates' Courts (Miscellaneous Amendments) Rules 2005, Paragraph 36: Family Proceedings Courts (Children Act 1989) Rules 1991


In rule 3(2), after “person making the request”, wherever it appears, insert “and any local authority that is preparing, or has prepared, a report under section 14A(8) or (9)”.
