# The Magistrates' Courts (Miscellaneous Amendments) Rules 2005, Paragraph 37: Family Proceedings Courts (Children Act 1989) Rules 1991


In rule 5(4)(a)(iii) and (b), after “parties,” insert “any local authority that is preparing, or has prepared, a report under section 14A(8) or (9),”.
