Paragraph 39 Family Proceedings Courts (Children Act 1989) Rules 1991

In rule 7(3)—

(a)

in sub-paragraphs (a) and (b)(ii), after “parties” insert “and any local authority that is preparing, or has prepared, a report under section 14A(8) or (9)”; and

(b)

in sub-paragraph (b)(i), after “applicant” insert “and any local authority that is preparing, or has prepared, a report under section 14A(8) or (9)”.
