Paragraph 48 Family Proceedings Courts (Children Act 1989) Rules 1991

In rule 23A—

(a)

in paragraph (2), in the second entry in the table, after “spouse,” (in both cases) insert “civil partner,”; and

(b)

in paragraph (5), for the definition of “cohabitant” substitute—

  • ““cohabitant” means one of two persons who are neither married to each other nor civil partners of each other but are living together as husband and wife or as if they were civil partners;”.
