(a)

in the heading, after “Matrimonial Causes Act 1973” insert “or under paragraph 69 of Schedule 5 to the Civil Partnership Act 2004”; and

(b)

after “Matrimonial Causes Act 1973” insert “, under paragraph 69 of Schedule 5 to the Civil Partnership Act 2004”.
