  "text": "Where a magistrates' court acting in any local justice area makes an order under section 116 of the Act of 1980 discharging a recognizance entered into before a magistrates' court acting in any other local justice area, the designated officer for the court that orders the recognizance to be discharged shall send a copy of the order of discharge to the designated officer for the court acting in that other local justice area.",
