# The Magistrates' Courts (Sex Offender Orders) Rules 2002, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


These Rules may be cited as the Magistrates' Courts (Sex Offender Orders) Rules 2002 and shall come into force on 2nd December 2002.
