# The Magistrates' Courts (Special Measures Directions) (Amendment) Rules 2004, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Magistrates' Courts (Special Measures Directions) (Amendment) Rules 2004 and shall come into force on 23rd February 2004.
(2) In these Rules, “the Special Measures Directions Rules” means the Magistrates' Courts (Special Measures Directions) Rules 2002.
