# The Magistrates' Courts (Unit Fines) Rules 1992, Article 3: Arrangements for provision of means enquiry form


The clerk to the justices for each petty sessions area shall make arrangements to secure, so far as is possible, that where a person is to appear before a magistrates' court for the area for an offence to which section 18 of the Act applies, he or, where that person is under the age of 16, his parent or guardian, is supplied with an appropriate means enquiry form.
