  "heading": "Particulars of unit fine to be entered in register",
  "text": "Where a court imposes a fine to which these Rules apply, there shall be entered in the register particulars of—\n(a) the relevant number of units;\n(b) any consent given by the offender pursuant to rule 4(2) above; and\n(c) the value to be given to each of the units mentioned in sub-paragraph (a) above, determined in accordance with these Rules.",
