  "text": "MAGISTRATES' COURTS\nMade 27th July 1992\nLaid before Parliament 3rd August 1992\nComing into force 1st October 1992\nThe Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 144 of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980() and section 18(2)(b) of the Criminal Justice Act 1991(), after consultation with the Rule Committee appointed under the said section 144, hereby makes the following Rules:",
