  "text": "(1) These Rules may be cited as the Magistrates’ Courts (Violent Offender Orders) Rules 2009 and shall come into force on 7th September 2009.\n(2) In these Rules, a reference to a section is a reference to a section of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008.",
