# The Magistrates’ Courts (Violent Offender Orders) Rules 2009, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Magistrates’ Courts (Violent Offender Orders) Rules 2009 and shall come into force on 7th September 2009.
(2) In these Rules, a reference to a section is a reference to a section of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008.
