  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been printed to correct errors in S.I. 2025/148 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nLocal Government, England\nMade 1st April 2025\nComing into force in accordance with article 1(2) and (3)\nIn exercise of the power conferred by section 92(3) of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007, the Local Government Boundary Commission for England (“the Commission”) makes this Order in order to correct errors in the Maidstone (Electoral Changes ) Order 2025 (“the 2025 Order”).\nThe errors are being corrected owing to a failure to give proper effect to the recommendations made by Maidstone Borough Council under section 92(2) of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007, which had purportedly been effected by way of the 2025 Order.",
