# The Maintenance Orders (Backdating) Order 1993, Article 2: Backdating of certain court orders


The amendments set out in Schedule 1 to this Order (which extend the powers of courts to backdate certain orders in circumstances relating to the operation of the Child Support Act 1991) shall have effect.
