# The Maintenance Orders (Backdating) Order 1993, Paragraph 1: Matrimonial Causes Act 1973


In section 29(2) of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973 (duration of continuing financial provision orders in favour of children), after the words “any later date” there shall be inserted the words “or a date ascertained in accordance with subsection (5) or (6) below”.
