# The Maintenance Orders (Backdating) Order 1993, Paragraph 10: Children Act 1989


In paragraph 3(1) of Schedule 1 to the Children Act 1989 (duration of orders for financial relief), after the words “any later date” there shall be inserted “or a date ascertained in accordance with sub-paragraph (5) or (6)”.
